At Modix, I enjoy building on existing projects every day or, like the trainee project, building something new from scratch. For tricky problems there is always a contact person who can help professionally. Team is very important here.

When I was the first day in the office, I felt a special atmosphere, which I perceived as friendly and ambitious. This first impression was confirmed with the actual work in the office but also outside the office-times during the apprentice. The nice thing about that is that you can go on with your passion but also don’t lose the coming together and besides team events also meet in convivial groups. In my opinion this is a very important component to get along, knowing each other and also working together. Owing of some freedom with implementation of projects and exercises you have the necessary leeway to evolve and also prevent loosing joy and fun. However a healthy change at working place with some colleagues or in your own space of exercises will promote the productivity and therefore your own target guidance.

Within the trainee project we were able to organize ourselves completely independently, which gave us the opportunity to follow a project from the planning phase to the end ourselves. We were able to try out the latest technologies (Laravel 7.x, Laravel-Livewire, etc.). This brought us closer together as a team.

Modix gave me the chance to continue my education. I really enjoy learning new things every day, designing websites or creating documents. If there are any questions, they are answered in detail. You feel super supported!
